What We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented RDA with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, team-player mindset who is friendly, caring, and eager to learn.
- Strong commitment to patient care and comfort.
- Loves or is curious about digital dentistry/technology.
- Bilingual is a big plus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists and hygienists during a wide variety of procedures.
- Take accurate digital radiographs and intra-oral photos.
- Record patient medical history, vitals, and other key data.
- Learn and help with digital workflows—facial scanning, 3D printing, and designing.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment properly.
- Care for children with kindness and patience.
- Ensure every patient has a positive, comfortable visit.
- Support fellow team members whenever needed.
Requirements:
- Active Texas RDA license.
- Current BLS certificate.
